Scopio Subscription Terms


By using Scopio’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Overview: You have accepted the Service and Licensing Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy which govern your use of our Service. By using the Scopio Subscription Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Scopio relating to your account. These communications may involve sending emails to your email address provided during registration, or posting communications on the Scopio Service.

Scopio Subscriptions may start with a trial. Restrictions may apply. Trials are for new Subscribers only. We will begin billing your monthly Subscription at the end of the trial period and your Subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period.

Billing: You authorize us to charge you a monthly Subscription Fee at rate noted above, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Subscription Service, such as taxes or possible transaction fees. If you are signing up using a promotion, this does not apply to monthly billing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in our Terms of Use, any price changes to your Subscription Service will take effect following email notice to you.

We automatically bill you each month on the date you subscribe. Subscription fees are fully earned for the month upon payment. Any Subscriptions begun during a month will be prorated for the first month only. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing.

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS EXCEPT AS NOTED ABOVE.

Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. You may edit your payment information by visiting our website and clicking on your Account.

If a Subscription payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment information, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, except as noted above, and you will continue to have access to your Subscription through the end of your monthly billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. If you cancel your Subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

Passwords and Account Access: The member who created the Subscription account and who is charged is the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access and control over the Subscription account. The Account Owner's control is exercised through use of the Account Owner's password and therefore to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the password to anyone. In addition, if the Account Owner wishes to prohibit others from contacting Scopio Customer Service and potentially altering the Account Owner's control, the Account Owner should not reveal the Payment Method details or their email address associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

Third-Party Services: The Service may link to websites owned by third parties (“Third Party Sites”). If you use these links, then you will leave the Service. Some Third Party Sites may use Materials (defined below) under a license from us. We are not responsible for these Third Party Sites, whether or not we are affiliated with such Third Party Sites. Through our use, we do not endorse the organizations sponsoring such Third Party Sites or their products or services. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings you may have on or through a Third Party Site or as a result of the presence of any third-party advertising on the Service.

Term and termination: The Agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Scopio. Scopio may terminate the Agreements or suspend your access to the Scopio Service at any time, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use of the Scopio Service and/or Content, or non-compliance with the Agreements, or if we withdraw Services and/or Content (in which case we shall provide you with reasonable notice in advance of doing so). If you or Scopio terminate the Agreements, or if Scopio suspends your access to the Scopio Service, you agree that Scopio shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Scopio will not refund any amounts that you have already paid, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. You may terminate the Agreements at any time. To learn how to terminate your Scopio account, please contact us through the Customer Service which is available on our About Us page. This section will be enforced to the extent permissible by applicable law.
